In Val Versa the family lives and cultivates its land since 1895, when its ancestor Antonio Faravelli married a youg girl, owner of some properties in Montù Beccaria. Today the winery extends over ten hectare in Montù Beccaria and therealso winemaking takes place. In 2008 Vitea invests in innovation and technology. Up to date machines started working under the supervision of a great tradition. Nowdays Stefano and Gaia are the souls of Cantine Vitea. Their wines are produced according to Integrated farming practices in full respect of Oltrepò Pavese biodiversity. Their enthusiastic and contagious passion for wine is clearly manifested by the high quality of their products.
