Obtained from the vinification of 100% Croatina grapes, this wine is named Gallesio to remember the famous Italian botanist, that for the first time, in 1831, mentioned this vine variety as “Croattino”. To him, to Giorgio Gallesio, his studies and masterpieces, we dedicate the result of the scrupulous selection and careful vinification of our Croatina grapes.
Ruby red wine. Ripe grapes aroma, appealing, vinous, red fruit scents. To the palate it’s fizzy, smooth, fresh, well-balanced.
Particurarly suitable for all kinds of meat, risotti, pasta. Excellent with pizza.
Serving temperature: 15-18° C
